Aromatherapy and Essential Oils  have been used for thousands of years with the aim of supporting, promoting and maintaining a person's health and wellbeing.

Each essential oil has its own character and aroma with a variety of properties and benefits which are unique to itself. I am trained to discuss and mix these oils to find the perfect blend for what you need at this moment.

Massage is one of the best ways to enjoy Aromatherapy because you not only receive the therapeutic properties of the essential oils, but you also get the  benefits of the massage itself. The essential oils are absorbed through the skin and when brought together with the revitalising effects of Massage , assist in maintaining and promoting wellbeing ,health and relaxation.

The oils are also absorbed through the nose and sense of smell. There are approximately 10 million smell receptors located at the top of the nasal cavity and are directly connected to the part of the brain called the Limbic System, which helps to control heart rate, blood pressure and emotional responses. Smell can trigger powerful emotional responses which can both calm, relax or energise and stimulate.
